Welcome to the charming village of Minervois Pouzols! Located in the Aude region of Languedoc-Roussillon, this village of 320 inhabitants is dominated by its ancient castle and is conveniently situated on the Route Minervoise between Béziers, Narbonne, and Carcassonne.

As part of the Cathar country in southern Minervois, Pouzols Minervois is famous for its stunning scenery and renowned wines. This authentic village has preserved its old-world charm and is only 35 minutes away from the medieval city of Carcassonne.

At the highest point of the village, you can explore the fascinating remains of fortifications that date back to the ninth century. Don't miss the beautiful Romanesque church of Saint Saturnin, a Lombard-style architectural gem that has been designated as a historical monument since 1961.

Our accommodations are housed in historic stone buildings that were once used for winemaking. We offer two spacious houses, each capable of accommodating eight people (200 m2). Both houses have been awarded four ears by the prestigious "Charming Bed 2008" guide.

Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, and just a short distance from the Cave Cooperative of Olive Oil "The Oulibo," you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the flavors of the region. You can also indulge in the excellent wines produced by the Cave Cooperative Pouzols and Mr. Bernard ALBERT's private cellar, which has been recognized with national wine competition medals.
