Description:

Description for B&B:

Nestled on the edge of a dense forest and situated on the steep slopes of the Gorge of the Aveyron river, the B & B offers a tranquil and refreshing retreat. Just 1 km away is Villefranche de Rouergue, the royal Bastide. From your bedroom, you can enjoy a serene view of the Aveyron river flowing peacefully below, surrounded by a lush forest of oak and ash trees. The scenic country road of La Baume follows the course of the Aveyron river, meandering between green hills at the entrance to the Gorge of the Aveyron, and is only a 15-minute walk to the bastide. In the past, all the terraces were adorned with vineyards, and the ancient dwelling perched on the hillside served as the wine growers' house. The veranda, along with the terraces, offers a panoramic view of the picturesque surroundings. Accessible through the small terraced gardens, your luminous bedroom is tastefully decorated in soft pastel tones. The accommodation includes one bedroom for 2/3 people, a bathroom with a shower and WC, and a shared living room with the owner. The landscape garden provides outdoor seating, a barbecue, and a hammock for your relaxation.
